Pregnancy Workout

I'll be honest... I've really been slacking in the working out department. I haven't been eating like crap but I'm not working out lately either. I'm seriously committed to having a fit pregnancy because I know it's good for me and for my rainbow baby, plus it'll aid in a easier delivery and rebound back quicker. But I have been EXHAUSTED beyond belief. I seriously have no energy during the day or at night and that's saying a lot coming from someone who was a chronic insomniac and could barely sleep before - no really - I had to take sleep drugs and everything. It was pretty bad. 

I am really hoping to start T25 back up when my energy returns in the 2nd trimester — only 1 week away — and then I'll be able to start it back up and do some modified things. Until then though I think I want to try this workout that j found when I was doing one of my favorite things, browsing Pinterest. Lol. 
Obviously I don't have a treadmill so I can't do the walk on the incline but I can jog in place. I would love to get a treadmill but I don't even have the room for it. So this will have to work. I have Dumbbells and a yoga mat. And I'll have to substitute the seated rows for kneeling ones.
